There's an old saying that goes, "the best laid plans of mice and men often go awry." Such was the case when KARE 11, Minneapolis news reporter, Lee Valsik, was doing a live shot from a local bar just before the NFC Wild Card game between the Minnesota Vikings and Green Bay Packers on January 5th. Apparently, a goofy stunt was concocted where Ms. Valsik would toss a football to the bartender who would then pass it to one of the guys on the TV crew who would, in turn, go barreling past the reporter. Simple, right? Well...not so much. Let's go to the video tape!
