I-95 SB Shutdown For Deadly Shooting in Boca

Boca Police have shutdown I-95 as of 5:30 Wednesday morning for a homicide investigation.  All lanes of I-95 southbound are closed this morning from Linton Boulevard to Yamato Road due to a shooting.

According to Boca Raton police, a Florida Highway Patrol officer heard a crash near Yamato Road and found a victim had been shot prior to the wreck.

The person was transported to Delray Medical Center where he died.

Police have confirmed they are investigating a fatal shooting.
