A REAL KITCHEN FOR A REAL COOK

Recipe: N. Carolina Pork BBQ

 
1 Boston Butt Pork Roast about 4-5 lbs
1 can (approx 14 oz) petite diced tomatoes
1 cup white vinegar
1 tsp Worchester sauce
2 tsp sugar
3-4 TBSP hot sauce
a lot of red pepper flakes
 
Cook for 8-10 hours on low in crock pot. After that take out and shredd and serve.(serves 6-8)
You can serve on rolls, or just by itself.
