2 CLOVES OF GARLIC
1 PKG. OF PENNE PASTA
SAUTE IN SKILLET THE MARGARINE, AND GARLIC UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN.
MIX IN THE SHRIMP AND SCALLOPS AND SIMMER ON LOW FOR APPROXIMAT
ELY 15 MINUTES. ADD BROCCOLI AND MUSHROOMS AND CONTINUE TO
SIMMER FOR TEN MINUTES. ADD ALFREDO SAUCE AND SHREADDED CHEESE,SIMMER
UNTIL
CHESSE IS MELTED. IN SEPARATE PAN BOIL WATER AND COOK PENNE PASTA AS
INSTRUCTED ON PKG. DRAIN PASTA
AND SPOON MIXTURE OVER. SERVE WITH GRATED PARMASEAN CHEESE.
