10:00 AM- 3:00 PM at Spanish River Park!
Celebrate the start of the Spring season with the first annual Boca Raton Spring Fest!
Free activities will include egg hunts, face painting, balloon twisting, lawn games, arts & crafts, and a petting zoo. Photos with the Easter Bunny as well as a live mermaid will be available for $5. The festival will feature a green market with fresh produce, flowers, locally made products, recycling activities, educational booths, as well as a beach clean-up.
In addition to the day’s activities, the main stage will host a full lineup of live musical performances by local bands including The Helmsmen, Fireside Prophets, Six Foot Swell, and Pure Mutt. Food and beverages will be available for purchase at one of the many food trucks in attendance.
“April is Earth Month and the inaugural Spring Fest is the perfect time to educate the community about “being green” and celebrate our city’s sustainability efforts,” said Lindsey Roland Nieratka, Sustainability Manager for the City of Boca Raton. “We welcome the community to enjoy many free and fun activities, while also learning how they can make a difference environmentally.”

Using innovative technologies, the City has reduced energy use at City facilities, reduced water use community wide, and has a 100% reuse wastewater system. The City of Boca Raton has conserved hundreds of acres of natural areas, wetlands, and environmentally sensitive lands which serve to both protect native biodiversity and provide educational and recreational opportunities for Boca Raton Residents.
