Sales Assistant / Digital Producer

Alpha Media – West Palm Beach, Florida has an opening for a Sales Assistant / Digital Producer. This person will be directly involved in assisting the sales management and sales teams. The ideal candidate must be detail oriented, organized, and able to multi-task.  The candidate should be able to think logically, and must be able to handle multiple priorities and projects at any given time with a high degree of proficiency. The role has a high client facing aspect.  Candidate will report to the Digital Marketing Specialist and Sales Managers and will coordinate and manage web and mobile content, graphics, as well as campaign tactical executions.

Responsibilities for this position may include:

  • Commercial order entry and production coordination using industry-specific software on behalf of sellers and managers.
  • Assist in creating sales packages – generally PowerPoint-based.
  • Creation of original marketing collateral and online advertising graphics (banner ads)
  • Coordination of sales activities and projects.
  • Manage daily and weekly reports.
  • Assist receptionist during breaks.
  • Assist in special events and projects.

Requirements of this position may include the following:


  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing culture and environment.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office (with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills) and knowledge of design software including Adobe CC (Photoshop / Illustrator).
  • Proven experience dealing with constantly evolving deadlines in an ever-changing project landscape
  • Extremely organized and detail oriented.
  • Be a positive member of a tight-knit team.

Preference may be given to candidates who have the above experience plus the following:

  • Prior experience in the broadcast industry or related field.
  • Strong understanding of Marketron traffic software.
  • Working knowledge of wordpress
  • General knowledge of sales concepts and sales software.
